Zinc Electroplating is very importnace process for automotive industrail for corrosion protect on automotive part which make from steel. Siam Proplate chosse to use "alkaline zinc plating process" contain no cyanide or strong complexing agent with less harmful to enviranment and worker. The selected new generation of alkaline zinc provides good distribution of zinc deposit on high current density and low current density enhance corrosion protection. With "End of life Vehicles regulation" (ELV), Siam Proplate also prvides Trivalent Passivation to serve this requirement.

Electrolytic Nickel Plating
Electrolytic Nickel Plating for automotive industry
The electrolytic nickel plating with multi-layer of nickel will enchance corrosion protection property. Siam Proplate provide the dulplex nickel (2 layer of Nickel) to serve on automtive industry requirement.
Duplex nickel will plating with 2 nickel elctrolyte Semi-bright nickel with thickness around 60-70% of total thockness and will plating brigh nickel on top around 30-40%. The difference of electrochemical on each nickel layer will increase the corrosion protection ability.
