Electrolytic Nickel Plating for automotive industry,          

The electrolytic nickel plating with multi-layer of nickel will enhance corrosion protection property. Siam Proplate provide the duplex nickel (2 layer of nickel) to serve on automotive industry requirement.

Duplex nickel will plating with 2 nickel electrolyte Semi-Bright Nickel with thickness around 60 – 70% of total thickness and will plating with bright on nickel on top around 30 – 40 %. The difference of electrochemical on each nickel layer will increase the corrosion protection ability
